CKM® Trademark Granted U.S. Federal Registration

On October 21, 2008 the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO) granted Federal trademark registration for the CKM® trademark, USPTO Registration No. 3035023. All prior applicable Federal and State trademarks remain in effect.

Hudson Associates Consulting, Inc., is the originator of and owner of the CKM® trademark and the Certified Knowledge Manager™ workshop and applicable trademarks and has been providing the CKM® workshop since 1995 (and the CKM® trademark has been in effect since 1995). KMPro is also a licensee of the trademark which is used to support the KMPro CKM® Certification Program.

As a Federal registered trademark the CKM® cannot be used by any other organization, and any CKM® certificates issued by other than Hudson Associates Consulting, Inc. (including eKnowledgeCenter) or KMPro are not authorized and are in violation of U.S. Trademark Law.
