| About KMCI's Statement | |
| On September 9, 2000, KMCI placed misleading
statements on its website about Mr. Ed Swanstrom's reasons for resigning
as President, CEO and Board Member. eKnowledgeCenter's attorney,
Mr. John Markovs, promptly sent a letter to KMCI demanding that they
immediately remove the
misleading statements about Mr. Swanstrom. KMCI has refused to do so. As
a result, eKnowledgeCenter is preparing to take additional legal steps.
eKnowledgeCenter regrets having to take this action. It is necessary, however, to preserve the personal reputation of the eKnowledgeCenter individual involved.
