About KMCI's Statement
On September 9, 2000, KMCI placed misleading statements on its website about Mr. Ed Swanstrom's reasons for resigning as President, CEO and Board Member. eKnowledgeCenter's attorney, Mr. John Markovs, promptly sent a letter to KMCI demanding that they immediately remove the misleading statements about Mr. Swanstrom. KMCI has refused to do so. As a result, eKnowledgeCenter is preparing to take additional legal steps.

eKnowledgeCenter regrets having to take this action. It is necessary, however, to preserve the personal reputation of the eKnowledgeCenter individual involved. Given the KMCI Board's refusal to remove the statement, we have no other option.
